They have done a remarkable job of upgrading the business and it shows. It is not easy working with dogs, who like people, have different personalities and behavioral reactions. The staff really take the time to know the animals and the owners. They do all of my grooming (I have rescue huskies) and are still cheerful even when my dog(s) have displayed less than ideal attitudes and behaviors. In addition, they carry an extensive line of Fromm products, which is the only type of dog food I have used since 1993.

Happy to know that she now works for Tracy's and booked an appointment right away with ease. No waiting for weeks. My husband said that Koda was so happy to see Angela!! Our silver lab puppy attended the 2 week Board & Train at about 5 months and then again at 1 year. We were given all the tools ( leash, E-collar, cot etc. ) as well as a training session for us . We learned how to follow up and consistently apply the training strategies that they had worked so hard to instill in our pup. Our sweet girl is coming along beautifully with such commands as heel,, sit/down, stay, here, and staying on place. "On place" is awesome! When put on place, our dog will remain comfortably on her cot and will not leave it until we give her the prompt. Great for when guests come to the door, when we are eating, when I need to get some cleaning done. Every member of the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very very devoted to the health and well being of all the dogs. They are there for you when questions or concerns arise and dedicated to helping your dog be a well mannered, well trained member of the family.

The death occurred at Hermans Hangout with Trainer Tammy Olson in Fort Atkinson. The necropsy results confirmed that he died of strangulation. At this time that is all I am able to share.
