Other places with professional groomers would just use scissors to do that (they obviously don't know what they are doing) I thought it was very obvious that you're not supposed to shave a double coated dog. (She told me it was not a shave, but my dog's hair is not longer than 1/4 inch right now. From my perspective that is shaving, I am sorry. It's just common sense). Sky is the most sweet and playful dog ever, thanks to these people now she doesn't wanna eat, doesn't wanna go out... all she does is lay down on the corners and look depressed. I can't say enough how aggravated I am with this place. What you did was brutal... Every detail was spot on: from the even trim around his face to the neat paws and perfectly shaped tail. He looked like a show dog by the time she was done!
