Switched to them from a groomer I had used for years. They will now be my permanent place for my 3 pups. They cut my shih tzu exactly as asked. He had a cute little bandana on too. Highly recommend! My dog doesn't like pictures unfortunately or I would post one! He was a mop when he went in and came out a few pounds lighter and happier. read more

Well my experience with Doggie Do's is very different than the precvious customer. We are from a large city and we tried several groomers and boarders including Petco which was awful. We have been using Doggie Do's now for two years. We have two small dogs and they treat them with great love and care. They are careful to follow my directions with food and medication when boarding. They do a great job grooming, just take a look at the Facebook pictures. They have play areas that are separate for sizes of dogs and they play with them. They even post pictures for you to see the pups when you are out of town. I really love this place. It's the only place I trust my fur children! read more

What a wonderful home away from home for our kitty William! He doesn't like new people, but he is in love with the staff and I can see why. Rather than putting him in a cage and ignoring him, they truly pampered him and spent time with him. I am quite picky when it comes to William. This pet spa is perfectly clean with wonderful staff that is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. In the future, when William needs to be boarded, I will definitely take him to Doggie Doos and Stay Here Too. read more

Doggie Doos is one of Churchill's staples. I adore my buddy and would have him nowhere else. Both of us love Erica and everyone there and don't know what we would do without them. They are always there when Church needs a day away from me or just because he needs to visit buddies of his own and have caring people to watch out for him. Neither of us have ever witnessed so much love in one place! ... and the groomer... ye gods and little fishes... so careful, so meticulous... again, so caring. That's what this place is all about and we'd both be lost without them. Honestly, always having lived in a large City where true love/caring is difficult to find - we found peace and caring/love in the country because of Doggie Doos. I have left my dog/dogs many places in the Longview area and they have always came home traumatized and unhappy. This is the only place where that has not been the case! My dog absolutely loves coming here and is always happy when we pick him up. Tired from getting to play so much instead of being locked up in a kennel all day long but always very happy! Would not recommend anywhere else! read more

I am very disappointed in Doggie Doos' lack of customer service. I adopted my dog almost two years ago. When I had to take my first trip away from him, I asked for references and chose what I thought was the best place to stay - Doggie Doos. His stay worked out just fine. This year, I tried to do the same thing. When I called a month (maybe even a month and a half) before my trip to reserve my spot, I was told they would call my veterinarian and have everything they needed faxed over. I waited, and called back several weeks later to confirm they had received what they needed from the vet. Again, I was told they would call and get them to fax over what they needed. I called again a week before I was supposed to drop my dog off. Again, I was told they would call and everything would be faxed, but that they had not received one of his vaccination records or it was out of date. I told them I would call and get the vet to fax it since apparently it wasn't happening on their end. I called my vet, and she let me know that because my dog's first vaccine of parvo was given at a different vet, their system had not sent a reminder to me. So, I needed to take him in; not a problem. I scheduled for that and called Doggie Doos back to let them know. The lady then told me sorry, we don't board animals unless their vaccination records are updated 10 days prior to boarding. I completely understand this policy. I want to know why someone didn't call me and let me know well before that deadline that they didn't receive what they needed. I could've had the problem fixed by the date if they had. This is bad customer service! If I hadn't called the week before, I wouldn't have found out he couldn't be boarded until the minute I dropped him off! Can you imagine the chaos that would've caused me? I told the lady I needed to speak to a manager or the owner about this issue. She said one would call me. I asked when? She said soon. I have yet to receive a call. This put me in an unnecessary bind. I will not be using Doggie Doos again, and I will stop recommending them to others. read more
