We dropped off our two dogs while on vacation as we were not able too to bring them to the state parks. Piper (the owner) was accommodating to our last-minute request and made filling out the required paperwork a breeze. I never use third-party services to board my dogs so I was very apprehensive, however my concerns were ill-founded. Both of my dogs were in great spirits when we picked them up and more importantly when we dropped them off the next day - bound out of the car and into the facility. I am sorry to say that I would not recommend sending your dog here. We did, and he died under the care (or negligence) of those at Doggie Land. In addition to losing our family pet, we were notified by email 3 days after the event took place. The communication was beyond disappointing. Things happen, people make mistakes, but when you leave your dog with a boarding business, fences should be secure. Dogs should be monitored. And owners should be notified immediately of any issues or accidents. On top of that, full responsibility should be taken right away. And it wasn't. read more

Boarded Lola over a month ago now, and it was super last minute. Piper got back to me within an hour of me initiating contact, and I was so relieved to find out I'd be able to bring Lola on our road trip. Lola was with Piper for 8 days, and on the 2 days I asked for updates, I heard back promptly. When we picked Lola up, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that she got to go on walks (I didn't think that she would). As we were driving away, Lola whined a bit, which is unusual for her to do, so that tells me she loved it! read more

I have never left a review in my life, but posting for the sake of other dog-owners. TLDR: this is not a safe place to leave your dog. I came in and piper was immediately rude, which is not why I'm leaving one star, but didn't help. She said many uncomfortable things, but it was when she said she'd punch my dog if it misbehaved (completely seriously), I decided to leave. The next day, my friend and I met a local vet technician who told us that piper once had a dog in her care that died, and piper called the vet to get it cremated, without the owner ever knowing his dog even died until many days later. We had a change in plans on short notice during Christmas that required we board our 13 yr old/13 lb little dog. She had a great time and become one of the family. My dogs had a great experience at Doggie Land with Piper, and so did I on the business end. I contacted her service as a visitor to the area, knowing my pups would be happier at her farm than riding in the car around Yellowstone. But I had no idea how happy they would be--socializing with other well-trained dogs, and on the same property as chickens, goats, and horses. The dogs had an indoor/outdoor kennel area, but I'm pretty sure they hung out with the family outside and in. Super-convenient to Victor and Driggs. Thank you so much Piper! read more

Our small dog, Brady, had the best stay here while we went out and did some hiking and rafting. He normally is very excited when he pick him up from boarding but I think he was sad to have to leave this amazing doggie dream land on the farm! They took care of him like their own, even letting him stay in their home and run around and play on the farm with their other dogs and animals. Would highly recommend and will for sure be using them again next time we are in town! read more

My dog loves visiting Doggie Land! Piper (owner) lives on a big, dog friendly property, where the dogs get to play inside or out. She treats the dogs like they're family, and is VERY knowledgeable about dogs and their behaviors. She's taught me a lot. It's such a relief to know my puppy's in wonderful hands when I leave her there. read more
