The staff here is great, they understand Odins anxiety and behavioral issues. They have not tried to pressure me into buying "their" dog food or scolded me for the choice foods I buy for him. They are very understanding and kind. The prices here are generally higher than other cities in the area but that should be expected as it is Jackson where the cost of living is higher and rent is out of control. You are getting great quality care here. Odin has come here for general check ups, vaccinations and a teeth cleaning. All visits have been positive and have gone well. I will continue to bring Odin here for scheduled appointments as they have earned my trust and I appreciate that the most.

It is always clean and the staff knowledgeable about the available pets. They have a great meet and greet play yard and indoor and outdoor runs for the dogs. Volunteers regularly walk dogs and a trainer is always volunteering with training to get the dogs ready for their new homes.
