I always am concerned about health and safety of the dogs when they're away but they came home just as happy and well balanced as when I drop them off. They use Facebook quite a bit which I'm not a Facebook person but they posted regular pictures so we could see what they were doing at any time of day. Their business is monitored by security cameras so I felt pretty safe that they could see what was going on in and around the property. If I can describe it in one word it's kind of like a home away from home. I would recommend.

She was abrupt, showed no patience with our dog Frankie, and even tossed the leash toward me while saying, "You need to put this on him," simply because he was afraid of her. This occurred in a full lobby, which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. When we returned for pick‑up on May 10, 2026, the employee assisting us was polite and professional. However, the same staff member from May 8, 2026, came out again and rudely said, "One of you needs to go get your dog, and if he keeps acting like this he can't come back." She did not tell me where I needed to go to get Frankie, and when I asked, she simply pointed toward the door. What makes this even more concerning is that Frankie's report card stated he was "such a great boy," "well‑behaved," and "a pleasure to have," and that he "had a great time in the courtyard with his siblings." Clearly, the issue was not Frankie's behavior but the employee's attitude toward him. When I expressed my concern to the polite staff member behind the desk, instead of acknowledging the situation or saying she would inform management, she told me we could "try one more time," but if Frankie "acts up again," we wouldn't be allowed to return. The things that were said to me about my concerns were - "I only gave that medication for you, not your pet" - after a routine screening when my pet was wailing in distress - "Oh , they're just being dramatic" - and when confronted with concern for boarding care - "it sounds like you don't trust me so I can't trust you ". After departing and getting our files, I read through and there were inaccurate comments written about our interactions. Medication prices are astronomical and there is unwillingness to work with chewy. No after hours support for any emergent questions that may arise. I feel I made Bailey an honest efforts to work it out with this place, but it's a toxic environment. The front desk staff is great and they do a wonderful job.

They used to raise and show Malamutes, and so are extremely familiar with the breed shortcomings of our Siberian Huskies. Their facility is older, and doesn't look like a new car showroom, but the care and attention that our pets have received there outweigh the lack of ambience. After all, does the dog really care what the room and kennel look like? I don't think so. As a final caveat, they are reasonably priced, have on-site grooming, AND they have a Cattery too! What a great find! Now I don't have to rely upon a friend who may or may not remember to feed my cat when I'm out of town-fanatastic! I will continue to use their services, and I encourage anyone looking for a boarding facility to consider them too!
