My daughter described working here as "it's like home". Now as a customer my dog loves going to Critter camp! He gets excited when I mention the words "critter camp". They always make sure he has a bath before coming home and he loves the playtime with other dogs his size. When we have to go out of town and he can't go, we will ALWAYS use Critter Camp because I know he will be taken care of just like we take care of him. They also bring in the mail, water plants, and take out the garbage. They keep a keen eye for any issues around the house. When I leave I know I am going to return to animals and a home that have been diligently looked after.

They rushed him in, were quick and efficient, worked with my financial situation, and even checked in on me while he was around back. I was understandably upset at the situation, and they brought out kittens to cheer me up!!! A few days at home and she is just about house broken, already following basic commands and stays quietly in her crate during the day while I work which was a total relief while working from home. I gave it a try during my first visit a tech was looking directly at my dog's vaccination records all typed out and said my dog needed rabies vaccination. I said no he had it . She repeated two times and stared at the one sheet document that it says he does not have it. I asked if I could see the document and she showed me, i immediately pointed to next rabies due 2028. It was very concerning. I Reported back to same place for my for my other dogs surgery. They weighed him and the surg tech came out and said we need a reweigh, 10 pounds difference ( good surgery tech) Sure enough the same tech that could not read a chart 3 days prior wrote the weight down wrong -10 lbs. So two dogs two mistakes same day. One would have gotten another rabies vaccination and the other potential meds/anesthesia issues. Furthermore they take dogs back for vaccinations. Do them in front of parents, these are our kids. First of all I want the vet to give vaccination and not in back room. Should not have gone here. It did not get better, post surgery i had issues. Called in the am, front desk said send picture, i did. She said she would share it with vet. 5 hrs later i had to call. She said oh yeah he said, .... why didn't someone call. There was more, it got worse not better. Just disappointed. To me too many staff members. Too many errors.

I had taken in an abandoned dog, a pitbull mix, who was young but adult size and 56 pounds. He was not fixed so had scheduled him for neutering, but it would take some time. It was fine, I could not spend time with him because he was attracted to my leg, to take him out in the backyard was off could do. He was well behaved. However, the backyard neighbors have been away with their dogs in the head come back on a Saturday. Starting Saturday night, after being in the backyard when the other dogs were backyard, he started really hyper. And Sunday he just won't be berserk, he somehow got out of a closed door room, he had scratched the door had put a hole in the wall. He chased after my cats, and he was going on the tables and I just couldn't control him. I called different places, thinking I had to get rid of them right away for my cats. It was a Sunday night so I had no luck. Until I called North Florida K9 Behavior Center and luckily, he answered the phone. He was a godsend. He calmed me down because I was hysterical. Gave me great information about neutering and what to expect after you neuters. He also gave me a lot of great psychological canine behavior, tips and information explain so much he helped me get a plan together, which I was too hysterical otherwise to have done without him. It set a plan to put Teddy in the garage with the cage, and to keep him away from the cats, meaning I would take him directly from the garage, the backyard and not to the house. he called me down enough to realize that the neutering process would help a lot, and that it was OK to keep him in the garage for now for his safety safety of my cats and my sanity. I literally don't know what I would have done without him. Teddy is still waiting neutering so after Teddy has that procedure, and finishes his vaccine boosters, our plan to call him again. You can't go wrong with a person who's so understanding, so calm, know so much about any more behavior and psychology, someone who takes the time out of their off time to help deal with a hysterical person, which she did not have to do. I highly recommend his services.
