Well, I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked her up only four hours after dropping her off and she had a beautiful "teddy bear" cut. They firstly ignored the problems I described and wanted to do X-rays on him because they believed he had asthma, they refused to run ANY tests since I didn't want to do the X-ray for his breathing when we were there for his discomfort around his potty time. They then stated his potty issues was from eating fleas and they gave him something to clear up the "parasite". I did insist that I wasn't sure THAT was what was causing his discomfort because it only happened when he went to use the bathroom, I paid over $165 for this visit and was told I'd need to bring him back in a month for a follow up. That wasn't also including the other medication they were insisting he needed for fleas ect. (He had no fleas and is treated regularly for them) I trusted this vet when my instincts kept telling me the "parasite" wasn't the problem it was something else. I continued to monitor him until I was supposed to bring him back, however On 12/27/2025 we had to rush him to ANOTHER vet in town where he was diagnosed with a severe UTI and had to be put under and a catheter was inserted to save his life. I would not trust this place with my pet or my money EVER again. They ignored CLEAR signs from my cat he was in clear distress and needed help. They are MONEY hungry and will shoo you out of the door as long as they get as much money from you as possible. I would highly HIGHLY think twice before having a member of your family treated here.
