Well, I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked her up only four hours after dropping her off and she had a beautiful "teddy bear" cut. She's so precious anyway but a good haircut at an amazing price ($35) is just the icing on the cake. Over all, I'm extremely happy with not only my puppy's haircut but also the professionalism and kindness of the team at Ashley's. They got us checked in early and our dogs were well taken care of during their stay. We were met with the vet at front desk who was very transactional and immediately asked for money. We were quoted a price of $120 originally and a week later, upon arrival to appointment, was told the price had doubled to $240. They didn't bother to call with price change prior to appointment nor honor the quote given a week earlier. Although we told the vet that the cremation company would be picking up our dog, she was insistent on giving me the price to "dispose" of the body (which had also miraculously doubled in price since our initial conversation) and on repeat that if cremation company wasn't there, they would charge. Beavers made an already terrible day, that was planned ahead to go as smooth as possible, and made it so much worse. Would not recommend to anyone.

They firstly ignored the problems I described and wanted to do X-rays on him because they believed he had asthma, they refused to run ANY tests since I didn't want to do the X-ray for his breathing when we were there for his discomfort around his potty time. They then stated his potty issues was from eating fleas and they gave him something to clear up the "parasite". I did insist that I wasn't sure THAT was what was causing his discomfort because it only happened when he went to use the bathroom, I paid over $165 for this visit and was told I'd need to bring him back in a month for a follow up. That wasn't also including the other medication they were insisting he needed for fleas ect. (He had no fleas and is treated regularly for them) I trusted this vet when my instincts kept telling me the "parasite" wasn't the problem it was something else. I continued to monitor him until I was supposed to bring him back, however On 12/27/2025 we had to rush him to ANOTHER vet in town where he was diagnosed with a severe UTI and had to be put under and a catheter was inserted to save his life. I would not trust this place with my pet or my money EVER again. They ignored CLEAR signs from my cat he was in clear distress and needed help. They are MONEY hungry and will shoo you out of the door as long as they get as much money from you as possible. I would highly HIGHLY think twice before having a member of your family treated here.

From the moment he hears the daycare bus pull up, he's bouncing with excitement. The staff treats him like family, and it shows--he recognizes and adores them even when we're out and about in public. That tail wag says it all! The facility is always clean, smells great, and the team is incredibly kind, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I love the convenience of the pick-up and drop-off service--it makes my life easier, and Ozzie loves the ride! Knowing he's in such good hands gives me peace of mind. I got my dogs ears cropped at this clinic due to its good reviews and past experience of the…read moredoctor, however, the care my dog received was miles from what I had anticipated. While the staff is friendly it became harder and harder for me to convince myself that they knew what they were doing. My first concern was right after surgery when my dog walked out with blood dripping down his face from being able to scratch the stitches. I assumed they had forgotten his cone, but when I asked for one, I was told to buy my own. Everything went fine and the bleeding slowed down for a few days but on day 4 of post-crop, my dogs ears had an awful smell. I then called and asked if the bandages needed to be removed and I was told no. The smell got worse in the next few days and I became more concerned so I called again and was told by the receptionist to take them off after she said the Dr. was too busy to ask him about it. That same day, I took the bandages off with the help of three others and come to find out, he was not itching because his ears hurt. He was itching because there was a metal rod digging into the top of his head causing a VERY obvious infection. Frantically, I try to get ahold of the vet on emergency hours but he was "not taking emergencies for the next few days" (come to find out: he wasn't taking them for the next month). I was given no option but to leave a message and wait until the morning and even then, not a single call was returned. A week later I took my dog back in to see if he was ready to have the stitches removed. Upon picking him up, I found out that they were indeed removed and I was ensured that he had been cleaned up before his ear posting. Two days pass and his posting has collapsed and the smell is back. Again, I have to take the bandages off, but I was not prepared for what was underneath. The infection was now on his ears and his wounds were completely opened. I took him to another vet to get a second opinion and when the doctor came out, he asked, "can I have the name of clinic that did this to your dog?" Finally, I knew I wasn't just paranoid and something was very wrong. I was then told by two different doctors that my dog needed reconstructive surgery and $200 worth of medicine. In addition, I had to purchase the materials to post my dogs ears at home out of the fear of taking him back. I can only hope that my dog's experience is not a common occurrence for this clinic and I hate to leave such a review considering I have never used yelp in my life, but I would hate for this to happen to anyone else's beloved pet.
