We had an enormous amount of water flood in. Had to remove carpeting from the other room downstairs (who installs indoor carpeting in a basement?). We moved in last year. Did some shopping around and Dogtown were the only ones willing to look and work on the issue. Brandon came out and was at our house multiple days. He got a sump pump going for us temporarily because it was supposed to storm the next day...he did this on a Saturday. Fathers Day weekend. I felt bad but we needed protection from the water. Brandon was upfront and honest about everything. The owner's name is Cody. My wife told me that he stopped by to check on this project. We are new to the area and needed some heating and plumbing services. We first tried a large HVAC/plumbing conglomerate and weren't happy with the work or the prices. We were looking for something locally owned and operated, and called Dogtown Heating when our furnace stopped working. Jordan came out on a Saturday to look at our failing furnace and was able to keep it running, and Jeremy came out on Sunday to help us pick out a replacement that fit our needs and budget. The furnace installation the following week was exactly as promised and the work was top notch. We also had DogTown replace a broken sump pump. Our ac system is 40 years old and has been excellent but it's time for a new one. We did not even consider anyone else but dogtown. For the last 7 years they have provided nothing short of excellent service to the people of Paxton and the surrounding communities.
