They said I have a balance due at hospital from emergency room visit the day of dogbite. I have spoken to the hospital and there is no balance, it was all covered by my Kaiser insurance. They keep sending me letters and email saying your money is coming soon, still a year later no settlement payment. it's all lies. The truth is they are not giving me anything. I rarely hear from them. When I do hear from them it's all more lies. Still a year and half after case settled and no settlement payment. I believed case settled much higher than they stated. When they were in negotiation with dog owner they ask me if I wanted to listen in on them settling the case with the owner. So they put me on a conference call listening to them negotiate with so called "owner " I don't believe this was owner. it's all staged to hide the real settlement amount. Has anyone heard of a lawfirm representing client and steals the proceeds Not giving client anything. This is rediculous.
