It's from a situation that struck close to home, and I'm truly grateful to these lawyers for being there when I needed help the most. SERVICE REQUESTED A driver ran a red light and smashed into my vehicle, causing my airbags to deploy. The driver fled the scene, but a good Samaritan snapped a photo of their license plate and gave it to me before I was transported by ambulance. Our interactions were over the phone, and he paid special attention to my test results, listened to my feedback, and gave accurate and helpful recommendations. There were moments when he provided emotional support because he could sense I needed it as I talked about what I was going through. When the Bible says "[God's] grace is sufficient for you, for [God's] power is made perfect in weakness," I know that God does this by using people. And Dr. Dadfarin was willing to be God's instrument of grace in my life at some of those moments. VALUE In the final phase of my case, Miosha Jackson was INSTRUMENTAL in handling the compensation phase and negotiating with the insurance companies and medical providers. What I loved is that any time I needed to sign something, she would call ahead of time to let me know an email or DocuSign was incoming so we could handle it without delay. I really appreciated this level of communication as someone who can easily miss an email. The cherry on top was Miosha's positive, approachable demeanor and professionalism, which made this final phase feel like such a smooth process and conclusion. I'd look around before signing anything with these people...... They are understaffed and never know what's going on. I didn't talk to an actual lawyer until I left a bad review. He called me in less than one minute asking if I could delete it. After that they dropped me and swore I didn't need them for this case and that they wouldn't charge anything. I went to my own doctor and physical therapist but for some reason their doctor (that I've never seen wants to bill me) They want money, even if they didn't work for it. Find someone else. They take every single case that calls, even if they don't have room for it. Update: I can't reply but I notice they are claiming I was disrespectful. No, I had to constantly correct everything they did wrong and then told them I wanted to hire another lawyer. They wrote down my name wrong, the wrong phone number, the wrong license plate number and the wrong insurance claim number as well, I had to call in and correct everything. After doing that I told them I wanted to hire another lawyer and asked how splitting the fees would work. They called me the next day and dropped me before I could drop them. read more

I really really wanted to give a glowing review - like the many others who commented and had stellar experiences with this law firm - but unfortunately that was not the reality. I worked predominantly with Derick and Dana. I chose this firm because I thought they were local and would provide local referrals to doctors, but I learned that they are based more in the OC/LA area, so I never met with them face to face. I experienced massive PTSD from the major accident (my car was totaled by other party), so I didn't want to be in a car for more than 30 minutes, yet they consistently scheduled doctors appointments that were over 50 mins - 1.5 hours away, ONE way. I live in Riverside, yet one doctor they scheduled me to see was in NEWPORT BEACH. Trusting them, I went, but the word stressful does not begin to explain the frustration and fear I had to endure. My hands had never sweat so much. The case was resolved in 4.5 months in September 2019. It's January 2020 and I still need PT. I am having to pay for PT out of my own pocket, for an accident of which I was not at fault. I found myself constantly having to fight for my own treatment, asking them to search for local doctors, calling again and again for updates, and many other frustrating and infuriating moments that I've repressed.
