Still pool was dirty, toilets acting up, bait fridge was broken, fridge inside would not stay cold and had to throw food away, ac would not cool below 78-82. Horrible experience, pulling teeth to get anything done. Refunded us a little money after fighting with them, but not much. Will NEVER use them again! Do not recommend. Stay clear of this company at all costs. Both homes where on the market, just trying to make a quick dollar before dumping it on who ever buys it.

We were embarrassed that we had invited relatives to go on this vacation with us. The house stunk. It looked as if there had been an attempt at renovation but someone gave up. Outside, there were construction debris and a trash container with a hideous odor (which had obviously been sitting for some time beside the street). There were mold and holes in the walls both upstairs and downstairs. Some lightning fixtures were installed too near the ceilings and the paint was burning off. We were afraid to leave the lights on for too long a time. One load of clothes in the washer and dryer took a very, very long time to cycle. The linens were threadbare and the mattresses uncomfortable. We were seriously overcharged for this rental and will never return to Islamorada."
