I shouldn't give this place five stars - i want to keep it as my little secret. However, Dave & Bev the owners, deserve five stars and more for this campsite. Normally, camping in Wales in a week where the rain only stopped for one day and having to be towed on and off site would be a cast iron guarantee for misery. But this is Dolbryn, such a friendly place, a superb, cosy little bar, ducks wandering around, small fishing pond, kids playground, kids activities, some of the best and most clean facilities we have come across and more. This is camping as it should be, grass underneath your feet, miles from anywhere, quiet, relaxing. Imagine what it would be like without the rain? read more
