Twice, they've told me that the office was closed, even saying "everyone left for the day" an hour early. It wasn't true. If the answering service tells you that the office is closed, but hours of operation say it's not, take a few minutes and drive over if you're local. They'll probably still be open.

She does a great job taking care of my two little ones and never makes me feel bad for worrying or overreacting. She just has a very calming effect. She's one of the best. There are two downsides. One - even with an appointment it can sometimes be a half hour wait. Two - they are only open every other Saturday and with two little kids it can be pretty hard to get through the weekend when someone is not feeling well.

I cannot believe how that office is run. Dr. John herself is an adequate physician, but given how the office runs it's not worth going. I'd recommend looking for just about anyone else.
