She listens to what you want, clarifies with you to make sure she understands, and when she says she is taking off an inch, it's an inch. Not an inch and a half to two inches. She also takes me on time and has never canceled on me. Her bubbly personality makes me look forward to seeing her every time I return. The prices are really reasonable too. That was important. The stylists get 5 stars- they know what they are doing. I have had a full dye, partial highlights and full highlights numerous times and have had the best cut and style to go along with the color. Verica is my personal favorite and have gone to her each time I've gone in except once when she was out injured. (The gal I saw was a temp and she was just as awesome!) So now for the hold off on the star. The owner sees dollar signs in everyone that walks in - if you know this ahead of time you can prepare yourself. Read on: The first 2 times I was duped in to additional services that I did not request nor did I know about until I paid at the end and wondered why my bill was so high. In asking what I was paying for I found that the first time it was for a pre-treatment & after treatment since they dyed my whole head to get it all one base color. Then the second time was an additional conditioner added after she washed and conditioned my hair. So now that I was educated, I asked them not to add anything on unless it was shown to me and approved by me. Haven't had an issue since. Still go there and will continue to. It's nice to be pampered and enjoy a glass of wine while your hair is getting done!
