I visited this property because I knew a store I needed was still open and located there. What I visited was the bones of a once vibrant mecca for young and old alike. I posted a picture of the current directory and it's just a shadow of its former glory days! I wish I could say the parking lot was half empty because that would have been great! The lot almost reminded me of one of those apocalypse movies. All that was needed was a few rusted burned-out vehicles! My entrance had a little activity because of a Planet Fitness that was open. Another entrance had some sporadic activity as a movie theater was located there. Most of the anchors were vacant. My store was surrounded by vacancies. The owner said he stayed because the rent was now dirt cheap, and he was an older sole proprietor and didn't have the energy to move! If you need to go to a mall today, make sure you go online or call to make sure your store still exists. The days of a mall as a destination are over. Change is inevitable but whether it's for the better or not remains to be seen! One star.

We went to checkout and the cashier was very friendly I even asked would it be a problem to return if my daughter found something better. The cashier assured me it wouldn't be a problem 20 min. Later we went to return it with no issues because she found one a hello kitty one at famous footwear. Such an easy process I will definitely would visit again if ever in the area.

I was in the area so I decided to check out this Goodwill in Sebring. It was completely different than any other Goodwill I have been to. They still had the same racks of clothes I am used to but they also carried a wide range of brand new household decor items including art, rugs, and decorations. One large part of the store was roped off and it contained hundreds of brand new Halloween costumes in bags. It was a far cry from the one rack of used mismatched costume pieces I have seen Goodwill stores carry in the fall. This store also carries brand new mattresses. This Goodwill resembled more of a Big Lots than the Goodwills I am used to. The prices were on par with those of discount retailer Big Lots as well. They even sell snacks up front. I inquired about what they sell and was told it was new and thrift items. The new items had been donated to them. I don't know if this store is unique or the way Goodwill wants to move in the future. Everything was clean and displayed nicely. I really wanted to find out more about this store but unfortunately they were getting ready to close for the night. If I lived in Sebring I would be a regular customer at this store.

There seems to be a breakdown as various points of your computer system do not communicate well with each other. Adam was shut down with a locked program that clearly was not due his cause, as other staff had repeated problems with the same issue. Multiple calls took him from the sales floor and added delay to our sales process as we were all at the mercy of what seemed to be an IT support system (by phone) that was not qualified to fix the problem. 2. My routine grocery stop is much much closer but when I head towards Sebring, I often stop here. This is maybe the fourth Aldi's I've patronized, and I think the chain has it's act together. Their stores are always clean and the employees friendly. *** Covid Update *** They strongly encourage masks but do not require them; at least for now. All the employees are masked. The cross-aisles are taped off to encourage a safer flow of traffic. I watched countless customers ignore the tape and go under it. :-( This particular location is a stand-alone property and has a smaller than usual parking lot. When it's busy, it gets a little wild. Every time I visit, I walk out with unique items not found elsewhere and a smile on my face!
