Parking- that was tricky. There is plenty parking not that, something about the directions to park is weird and compact. Its not free flowing and spacious and for a driving 'expert' like me - a little challenging.... lol... well, that won't stop me from going there again if I need to.... like Vegan Omega 3 comes back in stock...!

When I opened the package at home, I found a large section of dark brown meat in the middle surrounded by bright red fresh-looking meat. It immediately raised concerns about the quality of the product, and I no longer felt comfortable serving it to my family. The biggest issue is the inconvenience. I specifically purchased this meat for dinner that evening, and once I discovered the condition of the product, I had to completely change my plans. No customer should have to inspect every package of meat after arriving home just to make sure it's acceptable to cook. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. Whether I shop in-store or use curbside pickup, I continue to receive products that are close to expiration or questionable in quality. It has become frustrating because I expect better quality control from a company with H-E-B's reputation. Customers pay for convenience and quality. Instead, I continue to waste time returning products or finding last-minute alternatives for dinner. H-E-B has built an excellent reputation, but experiences like this make it difficult to continue shopping here.

Usually, there is one line that leads to all registers, however in this case there was one line that lead to several checkout registers, that I felt like the customers should have been able to just walk up to, however that was not the case. It's got all of the features you'd expect such as a bakery, meat shop/deli, wine shop, fresh vegetables, and household essentials. I spotted plenty of cooking utensils and a large section of baby items. I purchased some Lysol wipes as I was staying at an Airbnb that needed a good wipe down. The standout buys on this trip were the chocolate chip muffins and sparkling water! The muffins at H-E-B are just as good, if not better than the ones at Costco. Additionally, I got a 12 pack of sparkling water cans for less than $4. I bought the refreshing coconut flavor and they're comparable to La Croix. Business Center's H-E-B Plus! also had dietary supplements and vitamins. I bought some fiber and contact cleaning solution near this section. Overall, the store was spacious and they didn't rush us out the door even though it was close to closing. A 20, 15, and 10 min. alert would sound over the loudspeaker but it was pleasant. Staff were friendly and professional. I bought a reusable bag with the state of Texas on it and an armadillo, to which they reassured me that it's a sturdy bag. My only concern was that there was noticeable glass in the parking lot! It was very dangerous and needed to be cleaned up ASAP. Thankfully, I didn't cut myself or pop a tire.
