So, I called to ask what their terms for sales are only to have the phone ring and ring. Their sign at the door says they open at 10, but when I was there around 11, there was no one around! This happened a total of 3 times and on the 4th, I was lucky to catch them open. Not only were the gentlemen who run the store out (again), but the woman sitting at the desk was unhelpful and rude. I told her I had some things I wanted to put up for consignment, she just stared at me and said, "Yeah?" I asked for who I needed to speak with, and she told me that the "guys are out, they'll be back in an hour, come back then". When I asked her about no one coming around to open the store, no one answering phones, and my frustration that this was my fourth trip up here, she simply looked at me and said, "Sorry you feel that way." Really? That's how you treat potential business? Maybe my standards are too high... I was so angry, I just walked out. I'll give away my furniture before I take it to them. A consignment store would be awesome in Byron... if they can get their act together.

It's a great place to find cheap seasonal and party items. Also they have a huge snack section at this location. Unfortunately, I've never seen more than one cashier on duty and the line is usually long here. Worth checking out if you have time.
