My order which contained frozen + refrigerated items were left on my front porch in 100 degree weather without any ice or insulated bag. I'm fairly new to Durant from Dallas (which has many delivery options). I've never received a food delivery with cold food not on ice or insulated. This may be the same in Dallas with Walmart. To top it off when I opened up my bags a big portion of the items that I ordered were missing. Disappointing. Was planning on making dinner but too many items missing. Eggs and milk were already warm. Frozen items barely frozen. I had already pre-paid a nice tip on a percentage of the items ordered.
