This store has everything beautifully displayed which helps in visualizing how it would look in your home. They carry a huge selection in store that can be taken home same day in most cases and what they don't carry, they can get. I have fallen in love with their rustic line but they offer much more than that. The customer service is outstanding. They know me by name and help me pick out the perfect pieces for my home. I am now the proud 3rd generation to own this lake home and additional lake lots. Thank you Papa! I went up front to pay for the letters and numbers before they can frame them. Returned to the Frame Department, and chose the frame, matting and glass. 2 weeks later, received a text that the Frame was ready for pickup. They retrieved the framing and let me approve before taking it to the check out. I love this frame department. I thought I wanted double matting, but they explained why we couldn't. It made sense.
