This is a thrift/vintage shop right off of Main Street that isn't to be missed. I went for the first time over Thanksgiving and went again over Christmas. Each time I'm here, I find multiple goodies that are so unique, darling, and most importantly - VERY reasonably priced! Everything here is priced to sell, and that makes for a really fun shopping experience each time. Unlike Goodwill or other thrift stores, prices haven't been hiked up here. AND that means each time I come, there's a wealth of new goodies to check out! I have gotten SO many holiday decorations, house decorations, and mid-century trinkets here. My mom has gotten multiple holiday decor items here, and my brother has purchased several pieces of decor and art for his home here. A few of my favorite finds have been golf ball ornaments, felt garland, and some darling decor pieces. Brandi, the owner, is a gem of a human. She is so kind, recognizes us when we come in and knows our names and what we talked about last time we were in. She helps us find things, and shares a love for midcentury modern decor. She gives back to the community too - she has a warm clothes setup outside of the store for anyone in need to take this winter. She also has different groups she supports with wares from her store at a discount. I just love everything about this store: the kind owner that takes time to make real connections with her community, the gems she finds, the incredible value and well-priced items, and the excitement of something new each visit. The staff informed us that this is the original location, so it's the smallest of the three in town, but there was so much to look at! I can't wait to check out the larger locations! All of the staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful. Everything was pretty well organized and not too overwhelming. There is definitely a lot inside, but in my opinion, you don't feel crowded and can easily look around for hours in here. All of the prices are wonderful as well! Everything is so affordable as well, and in great condition; some items are even brand new! Overflow beats Goodwill any day of the week! It's a relaxed environment and they give back to the community; win-win! Anything we need to donate will be donated here from now on :) Absolutely worth the visit!!

From the first call, through the event, Bill was very pleasant to work with, and very helpful. We had quite a few changes as RSVPs kept coming, then the weather took a turn for the worse on event night. Bill was able to accommodate our last minute change, and we still had a great event the next night! As far as the food, I've never heard anybody say anything bad about Lidderdale. Our office is in the next town over, and I think some of our customers only came because they heard who was catering! We'll gladly be doing business again with Lidderdale Country Store when our next event comes up!

This is a chain that buys customer returns and end-of-season items and sells them at a discount. Think Amazon returns, overstock or out of season Target items, etc. Then, everything is dumped into bins for folks to look through: it's not even sorted into "soft" and "hard" like at the Goodwill bins. But the perk is, everything is new with tags / barely used! The pricing is unique - it goes: $10 Fridays $7 Saturdays $5 Sundays $3 Mondays $2 Tuesdays $1 Wednesdays 25c Thursdays We came on a Sunday and found a few items: an electric beard trimmer, a plant pot, an outdoor rug, Duke Cannon soap. However, I would say if I were to come back, I'd probably come on either $10 Friday hoping for a bigger ticket item, or on Tuesday/Wednesday because most stuff just wasn't worth $5. Lots of plastic items, cheap items and felt too small/cheap for $5. There were lots of clothes, but they were mixed in with the hard goods so hard to go through, and most were Target or Amazon brands so didn't see much value in going through them on $5 day - for me at least. If you're looking for kids toys and stuff, household decor and trinkets, acrylic organizers, and gifts - this is a great place to stock up on the cheaper days! Super interesting to look through. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, but very interesting!
