First off, I found it kind of humorous that they had the Piggly Wiggly Feed and Supply attached to…read morethis particular Piggly Wiggly supermarket. This particular Piggly Wiggly is on the corner of Bell Street and Montgomery Highway. There is plenty of parking, though the parking lot could you use a touch up. Not that it was laden with potholes, however it definitely is a bit worse for wear. This was a good place to stock up on a few essentials on this business trip. Mainly it was to grab some water to drink in my hotel room. I had no issues and I was in and out in a relatively quick amount of time. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular Piggly Wiggly. Walleye will say that my favorite supermarket in the Southeast is still publix, this particular Piggly Wiggly was not a bad stop. I will give it four stars.

I stopped here going & coming back from the beach. Going down all I wanted was one chicken tender…read morefrom the deli. There were multiple people in the deli area who saw me when I asked for service and just ignored me as though they were deaf, dumb, & blind. As I stood there other people came up to be served and we were all ignored. One of those waiting went to the bakery to ask for help but none came. This is unacceptable. I had vowed to not stop there again but I did on the way home. Fortunately there was one lady who helped me. She asked the other several employees to help as other people were waiting also but they all said something I didn't understand (probably that it wasn't their job) and she told them customers come first but they all disappeared into the back and did not help. Seems like this store needs a new manager. The one lady who helped would be my choice.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Even after showing all of that they still had to pull the cameras to show that I grabbed it from the isle and pulled the camera from the register where I did self check out at. I was just trying to get my money back because I did not want an already used item and they could clearly see that it was already used. Still did not get my refund back. Southside Walmart is trash. The employees will literally disrespect customers. Had an incident…read morewhere something rang up the wrong price and the employee told me she couldn't help me or get a manager because she couldn't leave up front. Then when I told the manager she was rude she started arguing with me I'm front of management. The manager Samantha was a joke. She told me that it was my job as a customer to pull her to the side and let her know my cashier was rude that I escalated the situation by telling her the cashier was rude. Samantha you need training. A cashier shouldn't argue with a customer complaining to a manager about their horrible encounters in your store. Matt you should make your employees take old mylars off of the shelf if your employees can't follow federal law. Samantha no manager in the history of life would let an employee talk to a customer that way regardless of if I said she was rude in front of her or to the side. She wasrude and so were you. You all need training.
