We never got a tag the workers were no help at all my mom had to come find me and my friend so we could leave but we still needed the suit. Being falsely accused in front of others is degrading and unacceptable, especially when we were legitimate customers actively shopping and making a purchase. We understand stores need to prevent theft, but that does not justify treating customers in an inhumane or accusatory manner without facts. Situations like this should be handled with discretion, professionalism, and respect -- not public humiliation. We expect acknowledgment of how poorly this situation was handled and an apology for the false accusation and embarrassment caused to our family.
