I was greeted by some workers at the door and I grabbed a shopping cart to start my adventure. I searched the aisles and saw so many great deals. They had so many holiday themed items, but so many staples that I needed to buy. The prices were really great and this is saying a lot since so many things are super expensive. I recommend coming to this location and checking out all they have to offer. You could find some lost treasures and some staples to add to your home.

We just got a shipment of toilet paper and bottled water, it's on the pallet over there! And we have a sanitizer station set up for you!" This was Big news as our visit was on 3/21/20, while the world was in in the throes of the Coronavirus. Now that's what I call customer service in a Big way. The patrons in the store kept their social distancing and their manners. Even without a Big sign on the items, customers didn't hoard, and only took one or two packages. The store was organized and well stocked. I ended up purchasing many grocery items that I hadn't planned on buying here, but the convenience of finding so many things on my list here saved me a trip to Kroger! I ended up filling my cart with storage bins, a few kitchen gadgets, and some stationery too (and of course a pack of TP!) I didn't want to be out too long, but I couldn't help notice the furniture department and the housewares section. While the quality of some things here are average, the prices are spot on. When life gets back to normal, I'll have to come again and take my time shopping. But today, I wanted to hurry home! There were two cashiers open, the lines were short, and smooth sailing. Even though I have another Big Lots closer to my house, I could see myself going out of my way to revisit this store soon! Stay well my fellow Yelpers!

My experience today was a repeat of several months ago as a disabled 71 year old person I suggest…read moreseniors shop elsewhere the cashiers throw your food into the cart when ringing you out to the point of damaging your goods they are rude condescending and should be fired the one woman today who was do arrogant and rude I kept telling her I'm disabled I could go in and on she voided my purchase with her attitude I had to go to Walmart thank god so accommodating and understanding of disabled people helpful and polite a completely different experience I am done with also their company should no better your employees represent your company they deserve to be fired this one woman in particular I'm not saying everyone I guess being a white senior citizen she felt a superiority attitude to be appropriate I call it reverse ageism and racism
