This place is odd to say the least...but not odd in a bad way. If it's possible to have a cubicle design set up for shopping, that's what I would call this. It takes time to view the merchandise in here, so don't expect to come in and make a quick five minute stop to find what you want. Antiques to collectibles, books to guitars, furniture to picture frames. Each 'cubicle' is ran (owned?) by a different merchant. Tags identify which 'cubicle' you have picked up your item from. Not every 'cubicle' is of flea market type design. There are some businesses in here. A framing business, guitar business and I believe a salon all take up shop in here. (There once was a restaurant type deal set up in there too). Come and see what you probably wouldn't expect to be in a building. It's quite interesting and can be quite time consuming. I messaged him on a Saturday for availability and measurements. He provided me with measurements that would work, and I told him I could pick it up the next day. He wasn't available and said he'd send me an invoice to pay and would hold it until Monday. To me, that meant I had until the end of the day Monday to pick it up. I got the sense it was some kind of store, but he never said so nor gave me a name or any hours of operation. Just an address. I drove just over an hour on Monday to get it, and the sign on the door said they were only open Thursday-Saturday. I messaged him, and he said I should have messaged him before coming. On Tuesday, he messaged me that he'd be there for 2 hrs, but I was on my way to work. He said he'd be there Wednesday as well and would message me when he got there. He never did so I waited until Thursday. This time, I did message before leaving so he knew I was coming. When I got there, he did not have the ramp set aside. It was still on the shelf. It had a sold sticker on it, but it was very small and on the side of the ramp where it could easily have been missed by an employee trying to sell it or a customer wanting to buy it. He had to search for it himself, and I didn't see it until he showed it to me. When I got the ramp home and set it up, it was way too small. He had told me the measurements were 42" in length and 32" in height. After measuring it, it was actually 37" in length and 20" in height. WAY off. So I messaged him yet again. He said that he "didn't know" and "based on the evidence, it appears a mistake has been made". He told me that there were no refund "papers" posted all over his store and if I hadn't stormed in rude and left rude I might have noticed. Not sure what he meant with that. Maybe he wanted to swap life stories while I was there. He kept trying to throw out excuses for the previous lack of communication but I wasn't biting. I had to get home and then to work. I'd already driven more than an hour each way twice, wasting time and gas. He offered me store credit, and said that next week he would check his warehouse for the correct ramp. I didn't need or want store credit. I needed a ramp or steps. Nor did I really want to wait another week, but I would have. However, after telling him that I did not need or want store credit and asking what the alternative was if he could not find the correct ramp, he told me that I should have brought a tape measure with me and if I didn't want store credit then there was nothing he could do for me and I should sell it on FB marketplace. He told me that I had shown up without an appointment and that I couldn't just show up and demand people to run on my time. Something I did not do, nor a business that he provided a name or hours for. He told me I should have brought my own tape measure with me and that this was FB marketplace. Why does a business need to post "no refund papers" all over the place if they're being honest about their products? Seems to me as if maybe they've had multiple issues with this kind of thing. I would humbly take my losses if this had been my mistake, but he sent me misinformation. I personally sell on Marketplace all the time and I am always very honest about what I am selling. I told him he was showing poor customer service for a business. He disagreed and said that he would not be checking his inventory or getting in any more dog ramps and that I should save my gas. This guy is the rude one. I would think two, three, and four times over before trusting him or buying anything from his store.

I called corporate customer service and said the only recourse I have is to cancel the order and WAIT for the funds to be released. They took advantage of the fact that it is near a tourist area. They also took advantage of attempting to lure shoppers here. Another reason as to why it looks like the built in a hurry, they made it a supercenter, but built it too small. The inside of this thing is way too small to be consider a supercenter in terms of size. With the smaller floorplan you get a smaller selection of items. I noticed that was a complaint in at least one other review. I also noted that in another review, if you are not paying attention, you will bypass this place. Although I do not agree that it is good for any given area to have a Walmart. It comes off as convenient in the spur of the moment, but it really hurts a community most times. Walmart isn't the end all for shopping. Especially when it is as small as it is and doesn't really have that much in regard to variety. Alright, I feel like I'm beating a dead horse here. It was just a quick stop for me as I wasn't really needing anything, but since I was out I stopped in. I did a quick once around the store to see if there was anything I needed. Of course, per usual, you come in here with no intentions on buying things and you end up with an armload of items before you know it. I grabbed a few items, paid and made my way back out to the car. This location is in a plaza and the front of it is the generic plaza fronting you get anywhere. Aside from the Dollar General sign above the entrance, you wouldn't compare this to the pictures. Inside it is a bit cramped. Much like other Dollar Generals out there. They did seem to have much of the freight off the carts and stocked on the shelves. I honestly did not come in here for anything but I was with my family and towed along. Even though I did not come in here for anything I mindlessly picked up items because I thought it would be a good idea to have something. I still have the magazine that I haven't read yet. The staff were pretty great here. I unexpectedly found one of those one cent deals that you see on TikTok. The staff member at the register informed me of this and asked if I wanted to go back and get more of the item, well, yeah, of course I do. For a penny I will definitely clear out that shelf.
