I would like to also add that my elderly grandmother was waiting for me and she suffers from arthritis. She does not have a phone so I had no way of contacting her and letting her know why I was taking so long. I had to walk around the store to ask a random associate for help and to my surprise she was able to unlock the cabinet. I was furious. My grandmother had to wait for me standing for more than 30 minutes. I then proceeded shopping, grabbed two more items and found that she was gossiping to another employee about our recent interaction and it was completely rude and unprofessional of her. I Then decided to make a formal complaint and asked another associate if she could help me, she said "I don't know if I can". She was an Old woman named Brenda I believe. I asked her to speak with the supervisor and I then waited 20 more minutes. No one showed up. I spoke to no one and Brenda did not provide me with any further details about the status of the supervisor. I even spoke to another woman who was throwing away trash if service was always this bad and she said yes. I asked her if it would be better to call and complain and she said yes so I left. I then called twice and after three minutes of being on hold each time the phone call was cut from their end. I will be complaining to the higher ups and I WILL be submitting several formal complaints to several different agencies. This is honestly so frustrating. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I usually start with grocery first. There was enough for me to shop. But I got disgusted with the fruit flies at the discount banana shelves. Ugh. I left. Then, I was headed to drinks section. A salesman stopped me and tried to sell me electricity but his WiFi got disconnected. I really had no time to listen to sales pitches. Just why the store allow 3rd party salespeople to be hiding between the aisles without a table. I first thought he was a beggar. Ugh. Just ugh everywhere in this store.
