Hard to find employees to assist you. Manager acts like he is going out of his way to answer a question, when you can find him, and he tends to wander away from the counter when he clearly sees people standing in his line ready to check out. The day they had the lice shampoo as their featured item at the register was a nice touch. read more

I bought some organic foods and dog treats here. They were healthy and made in the USA, at a very low cost.

It was the exact opposite at this store.. lots of space, but not enough products put out. There was 1'+ spacing between items on shelves, many of which were empty. I essentially walked in and walked out. Today I was at my MIL's house, whom lives about 2 miles from here. I thought I would save myself a trip all the way to Elkhart by just stopping at this location. To be sure they had what I was looking for in stock (refillable travel sized bottles), I called ahead. Nobody cared enough to answer. I decided to head the couple of miles to Elkhart instead, at least there I know they'd have what I'm looking for. Lost a customer simply because they couldn't answer the phone.
