Somehow, even with this going on, they have seemed to have survived. This DG is rather put together and well maintained. I suspect that is due to the fact that this a newer built store, give it a few months before it descends into chaos. To be fair, they do have some food items but not any fresh items outside of the refrigerators (that I am aware of). Pros The biggest advantage is some of the prices here. I got my favorite type of shampoo without parabens for $1.57 and these new age crayons for 2$. I also found the people who work here to be very friendly and welcoming and was complemented on my free spirit outfit and adorable purse. Interesting tidbit: When I was in the parking lot as well as in the store one of the employees kept reminding the customers not to shoplift both inside and outside of the store and I found this rather odd. Perhaps that is a big issue at this location? Who would honestly feel the need to shoplift here when everything is so cheap?

After going on a "shopping spree" and filling up my entire basket, I saw that only one cash register was open. The cashier Emmalyn quickly rung up another customer's purchase, so I did not wait long. The cashier was very friendly, and I appreciated that she carefully ensured that my bottles of rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide had tightly closed caps. She also double-bagged the heavy items. I then went in the store only shortly after to find that they did have squishy in stock. I feel very violated and lied to by these employees and I feel like they do not represent the company of five below five below should fire them and maybe work on the customer service in the store.
