I went to the Dollar Store in Washington OKla as I have done almost everyday for about 5 years, for one reason or another. Today, I needed some food items. Before leaving the store, I remembered I was going to ask if there was a box I could have for my cat to have her babies in. The manager, Greg, told me he's "really not supposed to give boxes away for free because they have totes for sale." He showed me where the totes were. (Thanks, I had no idea where the totes were. I am only in there everyday of my life.) Only after walking out of the store without a tote and without a box, but with 4 bags full of items I bought (that was even my 2nd time in that store today) I think I should have asked him, "Do you have any idea how much money I spend in here?? And you can't give me a stinkin box that's just going to be thrown away??" Ugh. I think I still might ask him that tomorrow - because I'll probably be in there spending my money, keeping them in business as usual. Also I have to say, now that the management has changed from about 6 months ago, the store is not in the condition it used to be in. There are boxes everywhere, in the way, in the isles. No one appears to be stocking shelves. Sad. Add in the new, bad customer relations, and something tells me I won't be the only one leaving a bad review for this store.

As, I approached the cash register, Ms. Bailey, the most sweetest attendance, was working the register. She was very welcoming, great smile and made us feel welcomed. She asked if we found everything we were looking for. The night shift manager, Ms. Courtney, was really nice, welcoming, and also asked if we found everything we needed.
