I called them and talked to the shop manager, a real peach. This dude needs some customer service training. He was condensing and just smart mouthed. When I said this is worse than the worn out tire you took off he said they were balanced. OBVIOUSLY NOT! Anyway I took the vehicle to a shop who said that they said who did this, they have no idea what they are doing. They left the old stick on weights on 2 of the wheels and only put new weights on the inside of the wheel. In my younger days as a Master ASE Certified Technician with Hunter Wheel Balancing and Alignment certification that is called a static balance which balance 2 planes of the wheel and tire instead of a dynamic balance (the smoothest). The only people that ever asked me for that were those with serious custom wheel and car show cars that did not want weights showing on the outside. We measured the wheel lug nut torque, that's about the only thing they got right. Wal-Mart has some good prices on tires, my recommendation is buy them and take them to a real shop that knows how to properly install them because these guys, including the "shop manager" do not know how to do this. Oh I almost forgot, it took them 3 hours, yes three hours from the time I got there until the time I left, a one hour wait and two hours do do the tires. Back in my old tire busting days we had cars in and out in 25-45 minutes for 4 tires. One of the reasons why is they put the wrong tire on this other elderly mans car and had to redo it it. Seriously THE WRONG TIRES. so 25% into putting my tires on every stopped to replace the old mans 3 wrong tires and that took a loooong time. Listen go somewhere else, trust me.

Now this location - The staff is so helpful and friendly here. I really like they offer buckets for flowers - they have a great selection. Personally, I find the berry produce to go bad very quickly. Still find great quality & low prices on meats, cheeses and produce! I buy canned goods and sauces here too. They offer a great selection of wine as well. My dog loves their chicken treats. Over all - great shopping experience, fair prices and good quality. Just don't let the parking lot experience ruin it for you. Most Nichols Hills parking lots make you want to tear your hair out.

I have a few staple foods I like to get but also love their facial products and dog treats. If I like a seasonal item, it's stock up time because it may not come back later. The parking lot is busy and tight for parking. I usually try to park across the street so I'm not so stressed.
