Enter Frank's Jewelers, a little kiosk in the center of the Shore Mall. Frank's wants your gold. They want your coins, bars, and old boyfriend jewelry. They will give you cash for it, on the spot. I'm usually pleasantly surprised at the amount I get from some of the stuff I've brought there. The staff will weigh your gold and give you a value for it, and then you can decide if you actually want to go through with the sale. If your gold is attached to diamonds, they will give you back the diamonds if you ask for them. So thank you, ex boyfriends. You've helped me to finance one Christmas, two vacations, and a few nights in AC....and I've done it with the help of Frank's Jewelers!!!

I'm beginning to think this is an intentional practice on their part. Today in the Mays Landing store, Diane managed to charge me twice for the same item as she does each and every time I'm in that store, which is not very often (2 to 3x a year). It is 85 degrees outside and ZERO A/C. In fact, another employee while waiting in the long line told me it has been months since their HVAC has worked. Speaking of long lines, there were at least 6 employees in the back of the store, and ONE register open. Why does this always happen? Where is this store manager? Do they actually have one? They are closing the Cherry Hill and Mt. Laurel stores. Time to do the same in Mays Landing. This store is a wreck as though no one ever bothers to straighten it up, and the register clerks just cannot seem to do their job right!

From the moment I walked into Wally's, I knew I was in the right place. The friendly floor staff helped me find a new bedroom set for the primary suite, along with a beautiful dining room set. I appreciated how knowledgeable they were without being overbearing or pushy. They were also incredibly patient with my little one, who had his own Princess and the Pea moment in the mattress section. Thank you, Wally's team, for making this military mama's new house feel like home after my husband's transfer--even if it isn't Chicago!

Today I got a breakfast bagel and the bagel was a piece of crap and this is not the first time- it's consistently subpar every day. I hope these flaws are corrected because it's usually very busy especially in the morning and it's unfortunate that so many people are paying good money for bad food.
