We arrived for checkout with one other person who was waiting for someone to approve their checkout and then our terminal said it needed approved and then multiple other people came to check out and no employee to be found. I finally went off to customer service where the woman was talking on the phone forever and then saw a "manager" type person and walked over to her and she said they were understaffed and came to the check out to help us. Not a great experience as we stood there for a good 15 minutes waiting for help. But not much you can do if you want to go to BJ's but be prepared for the wait.

So inexpensive too. It's nice to go in and browse. They had outdoor chairs and umbrellas as good prices. It's a great variety store. They have clothes, food items, laundry detergent, and milk. Great if you just need a few things and not go to a grocery store.
