If you want to implement change, perhaps speak to others with kindness and post some signage informing residents of your new policy. Regardless of ANYTHING, proper tone and manners go a very long way. Being ugly, RUDE, and trash talking your customers is unacceptable. Do better or get new management. In a town this small, I'll make sure everyone knows that their employees enjoy crap talking their customers. You never know who is listening. And to the cashier that was "so scared" seeing my truck parked there, you weren't scared when talking shit about it because again, I HEARD EVERYTHING! They were all old brown meat wrapped in fresh meat. I went back and confronted the manager about his meat, packaging practices and let him know that this was unacceptable. So be wary when buying meat from this market.

She's definitely not from here but soon found out that her smart mouth and nasty attitude will not be tolerated here. It saddens me to say, I will no longer shop at Food Ranch because of this woman's lack of human decency. I'm 70 yrs old and have dealt with a lot in life. Most people return their carts too so not to many extra shopping carts out by the cars. So my car is less likely to get dinged. They also sell grass fed meat and pasture raised eggs, so that's a plus! I like to shop for healthy food and this is my go to. The cashier today was quick at ringing people up and very nice.
