I was puzzled at her tone and anger...I said good afternoon can you help me find baked beans". She said next aisle over and snorted. I was seriously shocked.... Why so mean and snippy...you work there!!

I was given a specific cutoff time to finish adding items to my cart and complete checkout, but the store began shopping my order well before that deadline. Because of that, several items I intended to purchase were suddenly unavailable and I was told they couldn't fulfill my full order. What made the experience worse was how dismissive and rude the interaction felt when I tried to ask about it. If customers are given a shopping deadline, the store should honor that time instead of starting orders hours early and then blaming the customer for missing items. It completely defeats the purpose of offering online ordering convenience. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

They only allow 15 items or less on self checkouts and many times the self checkouts are sitting idol with no one using them. Meantime the lines at the regular checkouts are long. Would it hurt to allow people a little over the 15 items to use the self checkout. More people working at the deli counter and that old grouch that was there is no longer cutting cold cuts. You do have to watch them because I found on several occasions the items in my order are mismarked with the wrong item.

She is always thoughtful , kind, helpful and always advises if I do not use my points by a certain date if a applicable, I could receive a five dollar coupon to be used within two weeks and or items I could receive a discount on. My father was a supermarker manager in the 60s for Safeway and then Finest. in the 70s, he was a district manager for Finest. Gina exemplifies "Each" day, what an organization desires their team members to be. I grew up in the supermarket world working with my dad in my teenage years. I certainly know what life is working in the supermarket environment. I shop twice a week at Weis, and seeing her and having her check me out Is one of the highlights of my week. Our old dog Sam even used to visit, and the original owners John and Ruth Gould knew our dog. We would get a call that our Sam was confused, going in and out the automatic doors! Now skip to present day...Still the friendliest grocery. During the covid-19 social distancing, employees are taking all precautions. Owners John and Debbie are actively engaged with customers and staff, making regular announcements, spending time on the store floor, etc. Plastic screens are at all registers. The store is clean and orderly. Easy access along Route 93, plenty of parking, a nearby pharmacy, and a few restaurants with carryout make this an ideal grocery stop. Mom made a store run at 7 am today, and was so pleased with what Gould's Shursave is doing. Thank you for taking care of our community!

The produce, deli, bakery and meat departments are very good. There is a lot of variety in all areas of the store! The real draw is that the staff become like family if you shop often enough. It is the friendliness of the staff and owners that make it so nice to shop there. It is hard to find nicer young people that are working and going to school who have time and respect for their customers. I read one review that was so far off the mark! Wrong about everything.
