I went to purchase a Minnie Mouse stuffed toy that was with others that was clearly priced as $5.00. There was no other listed higher price for any stuffed toys. When I arrived at the checkout I was told it was $7 (it was approximately 10"). My friend and I let the cashier know it was marked as $5 and he merely said "do you want it or not?" Well, not if it is mismarked. There was no willingness to price it as displayed. A grave disappointment in customer service. I left the toy and will most likely not return.

Several months ago we purchased a standing desk for my wife's home office. Her entire space was in transition so she hadn't decided where she wanted to put it and how she was going to use it. She already had a desk that had a hutch, so she didn't want one of those table top standing desks, she wanted a separate unit. we finally finished her set up and yesterday I went to open and set up the standing desk for her. It turns out the desk was missing several parts, including the all important hydraulic lift. This morning we went in and spoke to Gary, the manager of the location, and... Despite not having a receipt or even confirmation of which card we purchased it with... he bent over backwards to replace the desk with something comparable, since they didn't have the one we purchased in stock anymore (not a shock, considering the nature of his business). He walked the entire store with us to find something that we could purchase that would be similar and allowed the exchange without a receipt. We also found several other things that we couldn't leave without. It just goes to show you that treating people well is its own reward... Treating them well and giving them a reason to work with you, brings back more than karma. Thank you bulldog and thank you Gary, we will continue to be loyal customers.
