A sign for a usb charger had the wrong price, and I pointed out the discrepancy. I said fair is fair and if a sign lists a specific price it should honor that price. He said that is not how this country works and how does he know that I didn't change the sign? Tbh I think this border town has a long ways to go when it comes to Navajo and white relations. And for the public at large. Here is a statement: A Dollar General spokesperson told Insider the company "is committed to providing customers with accurate prices on items purchased in our stores, and we are disappointed any time we fail to deliver on this commitment. The Show Low Tractor Supply manager, John, insists he and his store are not responsible-- only the property owner, but John acknowledged that he hires a contractor to make parking lot repairs. The Show Low Tractor Supply store then bills the property owner for the repairs. Manager John deferred to the landlord, based in Canada, who seems to use more than one corporate name. The property owner in Canada has been less than transparent. Negotiations with John ended abruptly when he learned I had recorded a conversation with him, claiming doing so was illegal. I'm awaiting a call from a district manager. We'll see how that goes. I hope I have a reason to edit or update this review later.
