Great Walmart, I found a black polo, 1 left in my size! And I got some black slip on tennis shoes…read more I also needed a black belt and it had to have a silver buckle. Work is so Wierd with their dress code. But I was happy to get it all and get it all in my SIZE, at this location. Thx Walmart.

Manager Tina, an illiterate sorry excuse for a manager who proudly tells me she has no way of knowing if staff even came to work, no way to page an associate to determine who has the "keys" to the paint, and no way to unlock products that customers are literally trying to buy. And when I pressed further? At 9:14 PM, while the store is OPEN and the paint is sitting right there for purchase, her response was: "Oh, buying paint at this time?" I can't help and walked off. Excuse me? The store is open, the products are here, and that's your answer? Ignorance at its best. How many customers have NOT been able to purchase products, because the associates with the keys is invisible? Sadly, this is what consumers are forced to deal with until we start taking a stand when spending our money. Walmart this level of incompetence is shameful. Is this really the "leadership" representing your brand? Leadership is led by example. Leave them subordinates alone because Tina definitely not directing, supervising, or ensuring they even came to work!

Visited this Kroger location recently and while the store itself was fairly clean and the cashiers…read morewere pleasant this visit, there appears to be a serious maintenance issue throughout the building. Multiple areas across the store had active water leaks with buckets placed down the aisles attempting to catch dripping water from the ceiling. Some areas had caution cones, but others did not. One puddle without proper warning signage nearly caused a slip and fall. Water was spread across walking paths in several different departments, not just one isolated area. As a customer, it felt unsafe navigating the store while trying to avoid puddles, buckets, and leaking areas. The condition of the roofing and leak management needs immediate attention before someone gets seriously injured. Cleanliness and friendly staff matter, but customer safety has to come first. Hopefully Kroger addresses the roofing problems quickly and improves hazard protection throughout the store.

This sucks. After standing in line for 10 minutes the cashier turns off the light at 6:58 pm on…read morelane 13 and mouths to me "this is my last customer". There are 4 people behind us in line and only one lane open with a real cashier, 4 self serve kiosks that only hold 4 bags of groceries and one full sized self serve line. The tv monitor shows 5 cashiers now and 2 in thirty minutes. It is obviously in a different time zone. I have $170 worth of groceries in my basket. The cashier at the line I'm in is a young kid that obviously gets off at 7. The other cashier is taking care of her customers with no fear and is ignoring the Kroger employee monitoring the self serve lines who is now in a very loud arguing match with a customer telling her there's alot of people walking out. The employee then said "what am I supposed to do, I can't open a line if I don't have any cashiers to run it. If you need to leave just go to Walmart." This is the way the Olive Branch store used to be. I'm wondering if the management just changed towns because this is not normal for this store. Every indication tonight was that either there was no management on the premises or they were too afraid to face the very angry customers. Keep it up Kroger. Walmart has all ready trained everyone how to use a check out line, I guess you're headed there too. FYI, if I have to check myself out, I'll do it at the cheapest location. And that's not Kroger. The fuel points aren't even worth it anymore.

She could have offered an explanation as to why my discount wasn't looking like it was right. Instead she started punching buttons and ended up voiding an item I wanted then putting it in again and charging me twice. Rather than putting the customer first, she was talking about me to her coworker and got the NICE older manager to come over. The nice lady over her EXPLAINED what was happening and what I needed to do. The young female worker just kept saying that she was right and talking about me as if I wasn't there. She's lucky I have a good job that I will lose if I get arrested, cause if not, I would have said something to her rude ass. I love the pharmacy here, but will NOT buy groceries here EVER again.

Two customer service issues:…read more 1. Instead of saying, "I don't know" or "Let me check", a store employee told my disabled friend that they don't sell Marie Callender's Corn Bread Mix. When my friend called me to ask about alternatives, I confirmed from the Kroger app that they DO have it in stock! I called Customer Service, which brings the second issue. 2. It took nearly 15 MINUTES for someone to answer the ONLY phone number that Kroger posts on their website! The person who finally answered the phone was able to help my friend find the product, while the original "slacker" tried (but failed) to deny telling my friend that the product didn't exist in that store. Retail businesses should realize that both of these issues, especially when baked into the culture and DNA of the business, loses customer sales, diminishes revenue, and taints their reputation as being consumer-focused. To Kroger Management: While to too-busy or uncaring employees this might seem trivial, it amounts to a denial of service to a disabled customer. Even in the most favorable light, it is shameful.
