The security personnel that is in-store makes customers feel safe from harm. If customers miss scanning items or forget an item that's underneath the cart, they allow you to pay for the items, as you very much planned to do all along. It is very important to good customers to be able to pay and not to be falsely accused of stealing, if any items are missed during checkout. They do have friendly and helpful employees, but only sometimes, it's hard to find them on the floor. If the local store here can send out sale notifications as reminders, that would be great.
