She assured me that if I had any issues to let them know by email and they would take care of it. Well when I got home from the fair that night I took the blanket out of the bag and laid it out on a bed and the blanket looks like it's been used or thrown on the floor or something. There are like dirt marks or some kind of other marks all over the blanket. I took pictures of the receipt the packaging and the blanket and sent it to All That Jazz on the website the night I got back like I said and I still haven't heard from them so I contacted them on their Facebook and I still haven't heard from them and I've contacted them a half a dozen times and still have not heard from them. All I wanted them to do was to offer an exchange and I would send them the one I got at the fair once I got the new one. But nobody's email me or anything. This is unacceptable. I've never had this problem with them before. I don't know what's happened to this company in the last year but just seems like things have gone downhill because they're not caring about their customers enough to get back to them when they have a concern or an issue.

I never cared much for the used clothing here, since it's not too stylish. On occasion I found clothing on the few racks of designer clothing with prices still on. They can sometimes have a pretty good selection of used furniture, but you have to check back often, and some of it's priced a bit high. They have plenty of knick-knacks, and used household objects. I once bought a huge artist's canvas with a painted surface for a good price, that I was able to re-gesso. I still look forward to painting my own painting on it. There's always plenty of parking since it's a big parking lot.

I always enjoyed looking at their cake section, of their various in-store designs. They also have a garden section which is important for the area, since there is no greenhouse in town. I subtracted a point for the way they treat their greeters. One man who I always chatted with almost passed out one day, due to all the toxic sanitizing chemicals they required him to spray on all the shopping carts. As someone with inhalant chemical sensitivities, and asthma in the past, I worried about his health and ability to breathe, especially due to all the spraying while required to also wear a mask.

All day long, Friday, the app was telling me my prescription was still "in progress". I kept…read morechecking all day as it said it would likely be ready at 10:02 am. No change all day. I finish with work and call the pharmacy, Sturgis, Michigan, to check the status. They inform me that they got the prescription order from my Doctor and didn't have any so they ordered more. They advised it would be there Monday. I said, "Don't you think that is the kind of situation where you should contact the customer?" She said, yes that's why the app alerted you. I told her the app didn't alert me, that it says "In Progress." I said that for their customer service moving forward, that is something they need to specifically contact the customer to advise them that they can't fill it all weekend." As it is Friday, my Doctor's office is now closed for the weekend. I get it, you are short-handed right now. That is no excuse to forgo customer service, especially when we are talking about people's prescriptions. Her response should have been,"you are right, I apologize." Instead the lady says, "Well that's why the app alerted you." I informed her, again, that the app did not alert me, it just said "in Progress". She interrupted me and said, "Have a good day" and quickly hung up. You can do better, Walgreens.
