The delivery driver failed to deliver my purchased products to my house but reported to Stop and Shop that he made the delivery. He stole my groceries. He did not send any proof of delivery in an effort to conceal his crime. When I called customer service the representative said "I can't help you because the driver reported your groceries were delivered". It was frustrating of being called a liar when I did not receive my goods. I do not recommend Stop and Shop for your grocery needs. I gave them 0 for customer service. They do not vet their delivery drivers; they hire anyone to conduct deliveries including criminals so they can steal from hard working Americans.

This is one of my main sources of produce in the winter and spring months until our summer CSA kicks in. They also carry a small assortment of snacks and dairy items as well as local maple syrup and honey . Sometimes you can find produce that may not be in regular grocery stores. Moreover, too many flies and fruit flies every where even in the winter Produces and products are not handled well. The freshness and quality of produce are bad. Dried goods, cans, and others are over date. If you see the products that are packed on the clear plastic bags by the store, it means those are expired. It's not even at the sale prices. They are just repacked from the original package at the full price without shown expiration date. Not mention about stuff in the freezers, without expiration date, you imagine how long those would stay in the store. One time, I explored things in the freezers, some of them expired since 2022.
