They wanted a recommendation of where to buy boiled crawfish. I immediately recommended your store in Zachary. My cousin called the store and was told that she could pre-order to pick up next day which she did. When she called the next day she was told that no preorders would be honored and everything was first come first serve. She called later in that morning and was told that there was only a small amount of crawfish remaining and was told by the jerk working there that she "should have f...ing pre-ordered to get the full amount". I can tell you that I will NEVER recommend your stores to anyone ever again, and I do not plan to shop your stores, even if they are the last resource on earth. You have a nice day.

However it has continued to decline with tables of rotting produce, the salad bar being, first thing in the morning stocked with clearly wilted and uneatable spinach, old olives and other items that looked either old or like they had been sitting around for days. There were tons of friendly employees all working hard yet still I witnessed disgusting produce on shelves and general dirtiness from bags of molded rolls just piled on the floor to vegetables rotting on display.

Can't tell you how excited I am that we got an Aldi's near by now. 3rd trip here since it opened…read morethe end of August. Finally got to take my husband so he can experience it. The parking lot and inside the store is beautifully kept clean. Spacious yet small. The friendly employees make it so nice to shop there. I had my quarter ready to get a buggy and an older man gave me his. I tried giving him my quarter and he said no because someone had given him the buggy when he got there. So when we left I did the same thing and passed the buggy along. I spent about $25 on just meat which after bagging up I got 13 meals out of for our family. Spent $107.00 and got so much more than we would had at another store.

Someone compared it to Trader Joe's but definitely not as they don't have grab and go type meals. They do have lots of produce, meats and cheeses, frozen foods, and dry foods plus some home decor items. For some reason, it felt more like a warehouse to me as many items on display were in their shipping boxes opened up to grab one or many. The store was very open with high ceilings and no wait to check out as it's mostly self-checkout. Advised to bring your own bags. Some brands I recognized and some I did not. I saw employees stocking inventory and some at a customer service register but not a one greeted me, so again not like Trader Joe's. I have since been told of some specialty items to look out for, so rest assured, I'll be back for the "red bag chicken" aka "the chick-fil-a knock off chicken". Per advice from a friend, "If done right, air fryer or even in the oven, it's so good!! We call em (and I'm gonna spell as we pronounce in Southern accent) Chickee-feelays. Or chickees for short ."

There were also several cashiers at the check out, which moved the lines quickly.

She then told me to back into the last bay and wait for someone to come and give the tires to me so I could also verify my identity.Then a female employee approached me and told me to move out of the bay so another customer could come. The store is always clean and the employees are always nice. Not sure why I've been wasting my time going to the Zachary location that's barely ever stocked. Then even carry products Zachary doesn't carry I will definitely be switching to this location for my shopping needs.
