She then tells me about their cropped jeans. Not in a "hey did you check these out yet?" kind of way...it was in a "we've already chatted and I can tell this is what you want" kind of way...which is ridiculous because I'm short anyway and those cropped jeans would not look good on me. Every time I go in, I feel overwhelmed by the attention that I'm given. I should be greeted...maybe asked if I'm looking for something...but then left alone until I have a questioning look on my face. That's the type of service I want and that I get at any other AE location, other than Guildford. When I am overwhelmed with attention, I walk out, buying nothing, and will go to another location to get what I want.

Then there were a bunch of big boxes of stock cluttering up the isle! I also saw a pair of boots I had purchased at the Richmond location that were 30$ more then I had paid. Also, the line up to pay/ do returns was longer then any other. This was at 2 pm. I would hate to see it around closing time. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars instead of 1 was because the return process was quick and painless - ( after I waited 20 mins in line ) the lady was polite and another cashier was efficient and nice.
