They don't care about how bad they screw you. So we are now out$160 and no couch in our living room. What sucks is the couch we had before was from big lots and we had it for 6 years. When I returned she asked me for my zip code that's listed on the freaking license that I had to go to the car, in the rain, to get. I said "you couldn't ask me for all the information?" I said "oh ok" Then come to find out it doesn't even say state I.d. It says positive I.d and phone number, which could've been my military i.d.... I could've gave her that without going out to the car. I worked in a clothing store before and Ive dealt with some crazy customers but I was not rude or loud or anything and didn't deserve that trash Customer service she provided me with. She could've said "Oh sorry about that, it's a story policy, I just have to have the i.d in front of me." She had little patience. Mad rude and unprofessional. But hey that comes with any store hat you go to I suppose.
