When the house first got delivered, the matched the two sides together but they didn't connect the heating/ac duct work correctly so we have cold air venting in Our walls. We can't find where the issue is because their is no attic space but all the duct work in in the ceiling. It's like they knew no one would be able to check their work.... $600 electric bills is insane! They refused to correct the issue. Then the first big rain storm we had water damage in the living room. Wet spots. We had to pay for that fix out of pocket. when Hinesville Home center tarted the two sides for transport, the screwed the tarp into the roof. so of course now their is screw holes that leak when it rains. That cost is $1000 out of pocket. Nice of them huh? Third, we bought a show room model and the floor was lifting. They refused to fix that too. Now the floor is lifting all over the house. The workmanship is horrible in this house and you can tell they don't stand by their work. The house we got was a Destiny home if that helps with your purchasing. We were consistently given false or inaccurate information and then lied to when we questioned them. We were given options and when we made decisions they ignored our requests and did what they wanted. They refused to offer any compensation for their lack of customer service and for repeatedly not doing their jobs. They failed to adequately keep us informed or the process moving smoothly. The last statement they made to us was "we owe you nothing and you owe us nothing".

I recently discovered Bullstreet Estate Sales & Consignments when I was driving by and saw the…read more"open" sign outside. I just moved into a new apartment in the area and was in the market for some used items or antiques when I popped in -- I was able to find exactly what I wanted. For a consignment shop, they have a ton of great stuff and the layout and space is not over crowded, so it makes it easy to navigate and picture how they might look in your space at home. I was only really looking for a desk, but walked out of there with a bookshelf and an ottoman that I love. I had looked everywhere for the perfect desk and found a retro MacTable that is big, has a great silhouette and fits perfectly in my office. The ottoman I found had been repurposed with a southwester red print which I really like and the book shelf was incredible with sliding glass doors. The reason I was able to come out of the shop with 3 items instead of just 1 was because everything was actually reasonably priced. A lot of times antique stores are SO expensive that that items you really like feel out of reach, but Bullstreet had prices that I thought were reasonable and fair. Finally, the service was great. I don't own a truck or van, so the person making the sale offered delivery for a low cost since I was only about a mile away. They delivered all three items the same day and helped me move them up my insane staircase. My shopping experience at Bullstreet Estates was about 2 months ago, but I find myself poking my head in there every week or two just to see what else they have... hoping to find some more treasures next time I visit.

We had them out several weeks ago for a pre occupancy inspection. The owner, Keith, performed the inspection. The builder did not have the water on and the AC was no working at the time of the inspection. Keith stated we could call his office once the builder had the items up and running for a re inspection. The re inspection would be an additional fee, which I was willing to pay. We have called and emailed several times and NO RESPONSE. Even after making contact with the office staff who ensured me of a call back.... Crickets! This is NOT a company you can trust with the inspection of your home. Steer clear!! They've proven they will leave you hanging.

I was severely limited straight away in finding pet friendly housing in Hinesville GA. The second issue for me was safety. Third issue was clean and affordable. At Happy Acres I found all of these issues as non-existent. I lived in a clean 2 BR within a safe and quiet neighborhood. My dog was well accepted and the rent could not be beat! The staff was always friendly. The owner is reasonable and fair, yet unwavering in maintaining a respectable housing environment for tenants and guests. In addition, the maintenance folks were right on point providing excellent service in an immediate fashion whenever the unexpected problem would arise.
