I was desperate for a pack n play on Thanksgiving morning. The only store open was Big Lots and…read moregrocery stores. Big Lots does not carry pack n plays but the sales staff were very sympathetic to my situation. They helped me brainstorm creative substitutions. In the end, they gave me a giant box that was similar in size. They rolled it out on a cart and helped me put it in my SUV. My niece slept wonderfully in her new, temporary 'crib'. The staff at this Big Lots was amazingly helpful, kind and put this customer FIRST. I will stop by any location of Big Lots when looking for certain items that they carry in the future. THANK YOU!
