Big fan of this store!…read more Now that I am a pensioner, stretching my dollar is vital to my budget. Before retirement, I had never considered going here. I guess my preconceived notions of what it might or might not be caused me to overlook this hidden gem. This store has a little bit of everything from groceries to housewares to games to party favors to cards to seasonal items -- just about everything you might want or need at only $1 each. I send a ton of cards: birthday, sympathy, thank you, contratulations, etc. At a regular store, even Walmart, five cards can bust your budget. Not so here. The cards are not castaways. They are Hallmark and other name brand cards, the likes of which would be found in other stores, BUT ... they are only $1 apiece. The employees here are friendly and helpful, the store has always been neatly blocked and stocked. The seasonal items are especially cool to look through (I got some cool Santa ornaments for only $1) Did I say "only $1"? You betcha. Try this out and you'll be hooked.
