Dry goods at the entrance leading to produce and then dairy coolers along the back with deli and then meats. We were going to go to Wendy's and decided to stop here instead. It was super easy to pick up a nice loaf of bread, some sliced cheese, some sliced turkey and even a couple of tomatoes. So now it's not just today's lunch, but tomorrow's lunch too! Easy, healthy and less expensive. Yes, ALDI gets a lot of its low cost from the shopping trolley thing and you need to bring your own bags or reuse theirs. And yes, you need to unload your groceries onto the belt properly so that the more delicate items are scanned last. That's on you. The store was a little bit less tidy than others and there was a queue at the register when they did not open a second. So yeah, it was good not great today. My mom likes the prices on veggies and fruits. I stop in whenever I'm near and just need a few things like tomatoes for a salad than going to a much bigger store. I got a couple things to try out. I LOVEEE the Cauliflower Dip with Pepper Jack Cheese. Looking forward to sharing some for New Years Eve spread. The biggest put off is the fact they don't have grocery bags because I always forget. Less grocery bags to have at the home though.

Clothing is a little pricey in comparison to stores I shop with the same looks. I'm not sure of there was a dressing room. I will return to see what's new from time to time and hope to find a great deal on a trendy top or dress.

I went in on November 10 to get small American flags to put on the gravesites to honor American…read moremilitary veterans on Veteran's Day, November 11, 2025. I could not find an American flag display. I stopped a young man employee and ask where it was. He looked around and said he didn't know. He immediately ask a more experienced looking employee. She pointed to a single American flag on top of a display case and a cup with a few 8 inch (very small) plastic flags. Our military veterans deserve better. The young man was very cordial and polite. The other employee was distracted with another customer. I left the store and made no other purchases. A few years ago I went into the Roses store, again looking for American flags to commemorate another patriotic holiday. That time there was a nice American flag display BUT it was stuck in a back corner so you couldn't find it. I spoke to the manager and the next time I went in, the flag display was near the front, very visible to customers coming in. I really appreciated the manager listening and making those changes. That was a few years ago. NOW...Christmas displays go up when Halloween and Fall/Thanksgiving displays go up. Patriotism and patriotic holidays are largely ignored or given little recognition. When flags and other Americana items are found, they are usually manufactured in China rather than the USA. It is because of our Military and Veterans that Roses and other businesses in the USA can even conduct their business and appreciation for their sacrifice should be recognized and applauded EVERY day and not just one day a year!! And not recognizing it even ONE day is despicable!! I probably will not be shopping at Roses in the future.
