Since the change, the store is messy and very disorganized, the employees (although they are mostly polite) are not NEARLY as friendly as the old staff. My BIGGEST issue since the change in personel is... EVERY time I have been there since (3 times this week alone) they have opened late while customers stood outside waiting and closed early while last minute shoppers (rushing to pick up that forgotten or urgent item) are confronted with locked doors. Meanwhile the posted store hours online and in the window remaine unchanged. It's frustrating, aggravating, extremely unprofessional and just bad business.
