(Everything was cheaper than the dollar store in the same strip mall) The checkout line was like twenty people deep before they opened another register. I was foolish and didn't grab a cart so my arms were literally shaking by the time it was my turn to pay lol. Checkout employee was nice enough and friendly. I could tell they were exhausted from it being so busy. On that note I will also say that I didn't see any employees while I was shopping... so it's a good thing I didn't need any help?

It tends to be pretty busy on the weekends though, so consider that. Additionally, everytime I am here, I find myself waiting in line to check out for quite awhile, they usually seem pretty under staffed in that area. A clean store, the employees are helpful and it is easy to find everything as well. The prices are good, nothing too special or incredible.. but it does get the job done. If you are looking for any sort of home good item.. this is your spot!

After 6 mo the tables showed signs of warping in the wood. We also had weird spots start showing up on the top of the sideboard (it was always covered with a piece of custom glass). Mike the store manager was so understanding and helpful and let me exchange it for a different piece (we did have the extended warranty). Then, we went back and bought another table for our kitchen.We purchased the Oliver. Once it was delivered, it just didn't look right in our kitchen. And when we fully extended it with the leaf, there was large gap in the middle and it was very noticeable.We went into this store within two days and stated we would like to exchange it for something else. Sam was obliged to do so, although we were told we had to pay a 20% stocking fee. We did end up exchanging for a different table at scandinavian design, but we did end up having to pay a $300 restocking fee. Seems excessive especially if you're exchanging becuase of a product your not satisfied with. So my advice is to make sure you ask them to open it if there's a leaf and really, really pay attention to the quality before you bring it home. We will still continue to buy from there.Although I will pay more attention to those aspects.

Positives: * I was happy to not have had to drive to Bloomington to find my chairs at IKEA. * What I bought at Bob's does look nice and is comfortable. * When I called to schedule and explained that the web link did not work, they had me just go to the store to pick it up without an appointment, which worked out fine. Negatives: * I wish I hadn't had to wait a week to pick up my order at the store. * The sales rep said that they'd call when I could schedule a pickup, but they sent an email instead. * The order lookup on their site did not work. Once received: * I was missing a washer (fortunately, I had spares!) * One piece showed gouges from a drill (fortunately on the underside). * The L and R stickers left a nasty residue that took "Goo Be Gone" to remove. * Some of the chair leg bottoms showed significant wear, as if it had been previously assembled and then disassembled. * The styrofoam dust was inside even the plastic wrapped pieces. * The included instructions were somewhat vague, even by IKEA standards. * The 4 Allyn keys provided started to strip. I wound up using a spare key from an old Office Depot purchase. * All 4 chairs had significant wobbles until I replaced some of the pads with ones from Home Depot to level them. TLDR; The chairs look nice, but I felt like I had gone through too much trouble to get them to where I could use them. Next time, I'd try to find something similar at IKEA.

Everyone who worked in the store was super personable and gave great recommendations without being pushy or following us. Once we found our couch, Quinn stepped right in with a really fun personality and our entire experience was quick and exactly what we needed. The couch is exactly what we were looking for and at a great price point. They also helped us on delivery flexibility. Overall, great experience!

Bean at much better prices than typical outdoor stores. I am not super into hiking or camping myself, but I still like coming here to pick up quality gear without spending a ton. It is a good first stop if you are looking for anything outdoors related. They also have a small natural cosmetics section, some sports items, and a mix of other things tied to outdoor use. I bought a cooler here and it ended up being a great purchase. It looks nice, fits well in the back of my car, and works exactly how I need it to. I came in specifically to look at Joybird sofas as they are an authorized retailer and have sofas on the sales floor. Its scary to make an online purchase (and such a large, custom purchase) without touching and feeling an item, so I was thrilled to learn this store was so close to home and had what I was looking to purchase. I had a great time working with Kristin. After countless emails and a couple visits to the store I ordered my sofa, and also ended up with a chair and lamp. Kristin was great to offer her designer opinion while listening to mine and helping me make the big decision based on my existing home design. They offer financing (OAC) and 'white glove' delivery (they take all the packaging stuff with them when they leave, set the item in the room of your choosing) just like Joybird, but they will for other items you purchase there, too. The kicker is the 2 week in home trial period. Keep it for two weeks and if you decide you hate it they will take it back to the store and offer you store credit to replace the item. This really eased my worry about spending 2K on a sofa I may not like as much in person. I can't wait until it arrives! They also have home decor items here, like pillows and lamps. Its a super fun place to just look around and get inspiration, or fall in love with a custom fox lamp which would totally look amazing on your nightstand. I wasn't sure if I could afford it so I had her price out a chair for me it was $1100 but they had a 20% off sale so it would be $880. I'm new to furniture shopshopping so I went to another store later (La-Z-Boy) and it was comparable to that. I walked in at 20 minutes to closing on a Sunday night, but Billie didn't seem rushed at all. I was the one saying "let's just wrap this up. Can you give me something to look at online?"
