The only minor complaint is that they only had 2 cashiers working on this day so the checkout line moved relatively slowly. When I first got in line they had 3 cashiers, until one walked away to fold items that had been returned - while talking on her cell phone the entire time and working very slowly. I'll check out this Burlington location in the future because, while it may be a bit smaller than their store at nearby Dolphin Mall, on this day at least, they seemed to have a better selection of items in stock.

While in my fitting room, I hear someone (I assume a manager) telling the girl working there to close the fitting rooms once the customers are out. Since it was 7:45pm and the store closes at 9:00pm, I figured he meant closer to closing time. The bras I tried fit a bit tight, so I left the fitting rooms to get another size and try it on. When I got back, the girl told me that the fitting rooms were closed. I mentioned that it was only 7:53pm and she said that she had to go help put all the clothes away. I knew she was just following orders and she was simply an employee there and I told her that, but I also told her that it was a HUGE inconvenience for the store to be open for over an hour and the customers were not able to try on what they wanted to purchase. I expressed that it was a HUGE inconvenience for customers and what they SHOULD do is hire another person to, either, help in the fitting rooms or help put clothes away. Needless to say, I was a potential customer who never was. I handed the girl the bras I had in my hand and went to the Nike store, which was just across from there. And, as it normally is in all store and SHOULD be, their fitting rooms were OPEN. Not only did I purchase sports bras there, but we ended up buying two jogging pants for my husband and they were not cheap. This was business that Under Armour could have easily gotten. The sad part of all this is that their main customers are tourists and most do not read reviews before purchasing at their store. Prior to leaving this review, I spoke to a co-worker who told me that her neighbor used to work at this store and had told her a while back that they tend to make their fitting rooms inaccessible. Apparently, they do this so that tourists buy hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars in clothing, leave to their country, and by the time they wear the new clothing and see that it does not fit them, logistically, it is too late for them to return the clothing. Given that one cannot give ZERO stars, I had no choice than to give them the pleasure of giving them one star.

I love that they have their own direct entrance into the store making it super convenient too. The store itself is always bright, clean, and well organized. The layout makes it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed, and I especially love how the Sunglass Hut section is beautifully lit. It really makes the displays pop! What keeps me coming back though is the customer service. The employees are consistently attentive and genuinely nice. They've checked the stockroom, searched other locations for my size, and always go the extra mile. A special thank you to Jeremy and Yackie for always taking such great care of me. The selection of brands is fantastic, and for the prices, it's hard to beat. They also signed me up for the Bloomingdale's loyalty rewards program, which ended up saving me a nice amount on my recent Versace watch purchase.
